ITZCALI at Design House 2025
October 9 – November 2, Mexico City

ITZCALI presents a ritual space inspired by ancestral bathing traditions, where stone, water, vapor, and light converge as materials of contemplation. The project introduces two new functional sculptures —MATLA, a basin inspired by Matlalcueye (Chalchiuhtlicue), goddess of water and femininity, and TLAL, a fountain reinterpreting the dual presence of Tláloc, god of rain and chaos.
